Pêche et Lune: An Android App for Fishing Enthusiasts
Pêche et Lune is an Android application that provides daily freshwater fishing forecasts (streams, rivers, lakes, and ponds) based on the lunar influence. It offers five levels of fishing chances, ranging from very good to bad, with an identification period on the day. The app displays the hours of the sun and moon, which are calculated astronomically using Jean Meeus's calculations.
You can search for a fishing location on the map, from the list, from favorites, or through geolocation. The app does not share the geolocation with anyone, and it is internal to the application. You can access information on a particular date or an entire month. Pêche et Lune allows you to select the chances by level in a period, enabling you to save preferred days in your personal agenda.
Moreover, you can edit the pages or tables on a printer through Wi-Fi. The app also offers a user guide under the menu (top right corner) to help users make the most out of it. Pêche et Lune is a free mobile application that does not require an internet connection after installation.
